Roger Riviere has spent 25 years litigating personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits for insurance companies and their clients. His trial motto of "prepare, simplify, and teach" has served him well in hundreds of trials, arbitrations, and mediations involving wrongful deaths, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, defective products causing injuries, fire losses, slip-and-falls, and unsafe premises actions. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell which is the "Highest Possible Rating in Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards". Roger was also named a "Top 100 Litigation Lawyer" in Arizona by The American Society of Legal Advocates, "10 Best 2016 for Client Satisfaction" by The American Institute of Personal Injury Lawyers, received the 2015 "Client Distinction Award" from Martindale Hubbell, and has been named a "Top Rated Lawyer" by The Arizona Republic.

Nine years ago, after spending years as a partner at a larger institutional law firm, Roger established Riviere Law Group so he could utilize his expertise to represent individual plaintiffs / consumers against the parties who caused them injury. Now, in addition to representing a select few insurance companies, Roger devotes his time to helping individuals who’ve sustained serious personal injuries or lost loved ones as the result of somebody else’s negligence.

Roger’s personal touch and in-depth inside knowledge of the insurance industry allows him to get plaintiffs the best recovery possible for their claims. If you believe you’ve been injured by the negligence of another, give Roger a call today or fill out the case review section on the side of this page. Roger will personally review your case.

Roger graduated from Brophy in 1984 where he played baseball and tennis and was president of the National Honor Society. He went to Occidental College in Los Angeles where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He played baseball and rugby and was a McKelvey Reath Fellow as well as serving as Resident Advisor and Head Resident. For law school Roger attended the University of Michigan where he received his JD in 1991. At Michigan he was in the Barristers Society and played on graduate school champion football and softball teams. Most importantly he never missed a Michigan home football game regardless of the weather.

Roger is married to his fantastic wife Cece and has three girls Abby (age 15), Sophie (age 13), and Gigi (age 11). When he's not working or chauffeuring his kids, Roger coaches girls basketball at the YMCA, plays in a USTA tennis league, and plays golf with a derelict degenerate friend. He loves reading fiction, traveling, and mixing margaritas. He has served on the Board of Trustees for Occidental College and the Heather Farr Foundation.
To whom it may concern,
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Roger Riviere for his diligence in handling my case involving a vehicle accident I was a passenger in. I am 18 years old and was terrified because I didn't know where to go or what to do since I have visual scars on my face and glass still embedded in my head. Mr. Riviere was extremely helpful and explained to me how things worked so that I was able to receive a settlement in order to have the scars on my face surgically repaired. I was taken to the hospital after the accident and was emotionally traumatized by the event. Mr. Riviere is not only a super attorney, but a superior human being. He has tremendously impacted my life, and I will forever keep him in my thoughts if I or any friend or family member should ever need representation. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mr. Riviere. He has educated me on laws and patient and victim rights. This, I believe, will help me pursue my continued education. He is a tremendous person and I hold him in high regard. Thank you,
Derek W. Pierce

Roger and Staff,
Thank you for all that you've done for me and my family. Your dedication and determination for my case has not gone unnoticed and is very much appreciated. Thanks again. Sincerely,
Dara Lemen

Mr. Riviere,
Recently I was organizing old financial documents and I came across papers concerning the accident settlement you helped me with back in November of 2008. In going back over those documents I was reminded of how efficient, talented, and professional you were. You brought great peace of mind to me during a financially unsure time. I never would have reached such a favorable conclusion without your help. Thank you so much for everything. Best of luck to you in your practice. Regards,
Randon Walters
